Buyer Representation- as a buyer’s agent, we will assist home buyers with all aspects of the process of buying a home, from start to finish.
- As an agent, we will help you connect with a lender that can get you pre-approved for a mortgage.
- Assist with home searches, narrowing down the location, property type, amenities and more.
- As an agent, we will explain the contract, assist in writing, and negotiate an offer on your behalf.
- Once you are under contract, we can assist you with a list of home inspectors.
- Negotiate any home inspection repair requests.
- Communicate with the seller’s agent and your attorney throughout the process.
- Assist you in finalizing all loose ends for the closing including your final walk through before closing.
